We are Jidori cuisine restaurant using chicken from Thailand in its freshest state, grilled over Binchotan charcoal. Established in 2006. Thanks to all the customers' support, we have been in business for 15 years .
The 1st floor of the restaurant has an open kitchen where the sound of live charcoal grill, quiet jazz background music, and customer conversations become one in harmony.
All the rooms on the 2nd floor are private rooms, suitable for entertaining guests, families, and friends.
Tonight, too, you can enjoy a variety of Jidori dishes and delicious sake with your favorite ones. (1st fl.: 10 seats at the counter and 5 seats at tables / 2nd fl.: 5 large and 5 small private rooms)
Our Ingredients
Our chickens are from Thailand, raised on contract farms. The meat has a moderate elasticity and the more you bite into it, the more flavorful it becomes. We recieve high quality chicken fresh every day, and our artisans carefully slice each chicken and skewer it on custom-made skewers. For this reason, charcoal-grilled and Jidori dishes are available for only "limited quantities".
In addition to our commitment to chickens, we make most of the food we serve in our restaurant, from the dressing to the ice cream. This is because we believe it is important to pursue flavors that can only be found in our restaurant and to provide our customers with safe and secure food.
